Senator Kelly, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the               
Labor and Commerce Committee referral be waived on CS FOR                      
HOUSE BILL NO. 410(STA) "An Act relating to real estate                        
appraisers and the Board of Certified Real Estate Appraisers."                 
Without objection, it was so ordered.
